Break unsuitable prospect

Recently I got a proposal. He wants to talk to me to know me better.

And then after few weeks he just sends me a hello message online and that’s it. He hasn't shown much interest in me till now. He sent a message saying he was busy.

How to make him propose me within a month?

Chant “I am sorry please forgive me love thanks divine”

I have been chanting for last two days. He replied my message in one line. Now, it’s been 2 days and no sign of him.

I think he is not interested. That’s why he is not keeping in touch.
