He hates me all of a sudden

My lover left me one month back without a reason. I love him a lot. It was a three years of love. I didn’t do any wrong to him. I love him and I can’t live without him.

I need him back in my life. He should come back to me. We both were true to each other but now he is saying that he doesn’t want me and hates me.

I don’t know what made him hate me all of a sudden. Please give me a solution.
