Promotion is overdue

I want to chant for my husband because his colleagues at work easily pick him on every matter.

His boss is taking every hard work from him but when there is promotion time, he suggests the names of that person who are not sincere at work and does not have experience also.

My husband’s promotion is overdue from last two years. His boss keeps on disturbing. I need divine help.
