Getting my periods every 10 days

I'm 49 years old. I’m getting my periods every 10 days and sometime sever flow with severe stomach pain sometime no flow

Pls suggest some mantra or Switch words to remedy because I could not do my Pooja more than a week it is getting disturbed even festival also
