Money is still stuck

Our plot of land was usurped by my father’s sister and after 25 yrs of case we got it.

When we decided to sell it we had a similar problem of our youngest sister going against the brother. We after a family turmoil were able to sell it.

Now the person who has bought it is going thru severe financial problems and a certain amount of money is still stuck. We also feel guilty and sorry for him.

What should we do to come out of this?
